Pryva ("we", "our", "us") operates the pryva.io platform and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our services.

By using Pryva, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and password. If you sign in via Google, Apple, or Microsoft, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from those providers.

Assistant Configuration: We store your assistant's name, personality settings, language preferences, timezone, and channel connection data (WhatsApp session, Telegram bot tokens).

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the platform, including message counts, API usage, feature interactions, and session data. This helps us improve the service and manage your subscription.

Payment Information: When you make a payment, we collect billing details. We do not store credit card numbers directly — payment processing is handled by our payment partners (Iyzico, Stripe).

Technical Data: We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, device information, and access timestamps for security and analytics purposes.

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Pryva platform and AI assistant services • Process your transactions and manage your subscription • Send service-related notifications (account changes, billing, security alerts) • Respond to your support requests • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve user experience • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your conversation data to train AI models.

Each AI assistant instance runs in an isolated Docker container with its own data storage. Your conversation data, contacts, and assistant state are stored separately from other users.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for data in transit. Database credentials are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Your data is stored on servers in Germany (Hetzner Cloud). We maintain regular backups to prevent data loss.

We use the following third-party services to operate Pryva:

• AI Model Providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Groq, xAI): To power your assistant's responses. Your messages are sent to these providers for processing. Each provider has its own privacy policy. • WhatsApp (Meta): For WhatsApp channel integration. Subject to WhatsApp's Terms of Service. • Telegram: For Telegram bot integration. Subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy. • Hetzner Cloud: For hosting infrastructure. • Let's Encrypt: For SSL certificates.

We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function.

We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session and remember your preferences (language, theme). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may prevent you from using certain features of the platform.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data. • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data. • Export: Request an export of your data in a portable format. • Objection: Object to certain types of data processing.

Pryva is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform. The date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised.

Your continued use of Pryva after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
